TERMS: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at the time of sale, with the balance on or before February 23, 2007. Full possession will be given at closing. Seller pays 2006 Real Estate taxes (payable in 2007), and the buyer(s) shall pay all subsequent taxes.
