AUCTIONEER'S NOTE:

METHOD OF SALE:
All tracts will be sold by the surveyed acre (X) the
money. Tracts # 1 and #2 will be sold first with the
high bidder(s) having the right to choose which tract or

TERMS:
Ten percent (10%) down at the time of sale with the
balance due on or before December 12, 2008. Possession
of the land at closing. Seller and ‘07 tenant reserves
the grain bins on Tract #1 until July 1, 2009. Title
Insurance will be provided. The 2008 R.E. taxes payable
in 2009 will be paid by the Sellers at closing as a
